Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. in Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment strategies within the HR Operations team, acting as a recruiter in Hatch (HRMS) and addressing HR operational concerns.

The role partners with Division Hiring Managers to proactively identify hiring needs, develop recruitment activities, and deploy targets while maintaining data privacy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience across sourcing, interviewing and deployment.
• Experience coordinating with Hiring Managers and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRMS systems and data privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies and activities within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with Division Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs.
• Monitor candidate databases and provide progress updates to applicants and managers.
• Prepare recruitment reports such as New Store Update, Vacancy Report, etc.
• Maintain data privacy and orderly work practices in line with company policies.

Job description

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist executes Recruitment strategies and activities within the assigned area ; has the role of a Recruiter in Hatch (HRMS); addresses HR Operational concerns; collaborates with Division Hiring Managers on a regular basis to proactively identify hiring needs.

This role focuses on:

• Executing Recruitment goals and objectives for the HR Operations Team and tracking progress, this includes deployment targets, reports deadline and HRMS processing timeline.
• Developing and implementing recruitment activities
• Monitoring applicants’ database to track status and constantly updating the applicants and Hiring Managers on the progress
• Preparing Recruitment Reports such as New Store Update, Vacancy Report, etc.
• Maintaining an orderly and systematic work area and complying with the policies and procedures of Data Privacy.

Success will depend on:

• Ability to deliver end-to-end process of sourcing, selecting, and deployment of talents using technology-based recruitment and assessment tools and platforms
• Ability to demonstrate fully developed knowledge, skills and functions of recruitment
• Ability to fulfill the approved manpower requests and to complete submitted pre-onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform recruitment activities based on social media networking, digital platforms, and virtual job boards
• Ability to comply with the prescribed security, retention and disposal of personal data and information
