Job summary

Studio West Philippines, Inc is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles. You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job advertisements, and source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.

You will screen applications, coordinate interviews and assessments, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining data accuracy and compliance. The role emphasizes volume hiring and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years HR recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and similar channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; self-directed and high level of learning agility.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in volume hiring preferred.
• Demonstrates Studio West's six corporate values.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Create and post job advertisements on appropriate recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare offers and support onboarding coordination.
• Maintain databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
