Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end volume recruitment and fulfill hiring requisitions from the business unit on time. This role focuses on attracting candidates and delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.

The position involves account management with Business Unit, People Partners, and other departments, collaboration with Sourcing and Onboarding teams, and field work at assigned locations to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and field engagement experience.
• Experience in staffing or volume recruitment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Sourcing and Onboarding to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements.
• Provides comprehensive updates and reports on hiring.
• Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against qualifications.
• Conducts and facilitates external events and field work at assigned locations with active hiring targets.
