Job summary

Office Beacon LLC is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist in the Philippines to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or corporate settings, and be skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline. Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years recruitment experience; BPO or corporate recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ATS, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools.
• Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and resume-screening abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and address vacancies within established timelines.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and overall role suitability.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details, updates, and next steps to candidates.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation.
• Monitor candidate progress across different recruitment stages.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring updates as required.
• Ensure recruitment records are organized, updated, and properly documented.
