Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage hiring requisitions from the business unit and execute end-to-end volume recruitment, consistently attracting candidates and delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.

You will collaborate with Sourcing and Onboarding teams to develop hiring strategies, conduct behavioral interviews, and perform field work at assigned locations with active hiring targets, leveraging O365 and strong

Formación

• Proficient in O365 applications (Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to perform field work.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management – Identify and align hiring requirements with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Onboarding to develop hiring strategies and improvements.
• Provide updates and reports on hiring.
• Screen and assess candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Match candidates to the best available roles based on qualifications.
• Conduct and facilitate field work at assigned locations with active hiring targets.
