Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Senior Corporate and Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with stakeholders and hiring managers in sourcing and securing top talent across the organization. You will own vacancy fulfillment and drive end-to-end recruitment.

In this role, you will develop sourcing strategies, manage the offer process, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding while maintaining strong internal and external partner relationships.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment across varied roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Results-oriented and proactive with the ability to drive individual and team goals.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Adaptability to changing environments and business situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide recruitment and selection support to all business units across Home Credit PH.
• Plan the selection process including competencies to assess and interviewers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned vacancies by business unit.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Recruit passive and active candidates; screen and articulate position requirements; provide timely interview notes in the ATS.
