Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end volume recruitment, ensuring timely fulfillment of requisitions and excellent candidate experience. You will partner with business units, People Partners, and other teams to execute hiring strategies and provide regular updates on progress.

The role involves candidate screening using behavioral interviews, aligning candidates to roles, and conducting field events at assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to conduct field work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account management: identify and align hiring requirements with teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Onboarding to develop hiring strategies.
• Provide updates and reports on hiring status.
• Screen and assess candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Match candidates to roles based on qualifications.
• Conduct and facilitate external events and field work at assigned locations.
