Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end volume recruitment, align hiring requirements with business units, and deliver timely talent while ensuring excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.

You will work with Sourcing and Onboarding teams, report on hiring progress, conduct behavioral interviews, and support field recruitment at assigned locations with active targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the team, Business Unit, People Partners and other involved departments.
• Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements as necessary.
• Provides comprehensive updates and reports on hiring.
• Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against his qualifications.
• Conduct and facilitate external events & field work on assigned locations with active hiring targets
