Home Credit Philippines is hiring a Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end volume recruitment, ensuring timely fulfillment of requisitions and excellent candidate experience. You’ll work with the business unit, People Partners and other teams to align hiring strategies and deliver effective results.

Ideal candidates excel in MS 365 tools, communication, and field work readiness, with prior staffing or project management exposure.

Qualifications

• Proficient in O365 (MS Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to doing field work.

Responsibilities

• Account Management - identify, align, and strategize hiring requirements with the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Onboarding to develop and execute hiring strategies.
• Provide comprehensive updates and reports on hiring progress.
• Screen and assess candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Match candidates to best-fit roles based on qualifications.
• Conduct and facilitate external events and field work in assigned locations with targets.
