Job summary

MASE HOLDINGS INC. in Manila seeks an HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition and sourcing to candidate selection, offer management, onboarding, and documentation, in close partnership with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes HR analytics and recruitment metrics to monitor hiring performance, identify trends and bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations to management. The candidate must be onsite and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles with significant recruitment exposure.
• Demonstrated experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Experience in volume recruitment and/or recruitment for technical, engineering, construction, energy, corporate, or specialized positions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offer negotiation, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
• Recruitment planning and stakeholder management with department heads and hiring managers, providing updates and market insights.
• Monitor and report key TA metrics, prepare dashboards, evaluate sourcing channels, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, agencies, schools, and other networks.
