Metrobank is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to mobilize recruitment and talent management strategies across business units. You will facilitate external and internal vacancy requisitions, manage stakeholders, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

The role focuses on sourcing and selection, handling end-to-end recruitment activities while building a bench of capable talents for the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience in banking, financial services, consumer goods, or tech.
• Creative in rolling out programs to increase applicant pool (e.g., referrals, campus recruiting).
• Experience in volume or corporate recruitment.
• Able to multi-task and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience using an ATS is an advantage (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong networking to ensure a deep talent bench.
