Job summary

KMC Solutions in Metro Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run a two-month, project-based volume hiring campaign for a US client building autonomous robotics systems.

You will source, screen, and hire Tele-Operator Agents at scale, targeting 35+ hires per month; onsite in Alabang 3 days/week and overtime on weekends if required. This role is fast-paced and metrics-driven.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of volume sourcing and hiring experience.
• BPO volume hiring experience or similar high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to source and interview candidates at scale.
• Track record of hiring at least 30 agents per month.
• Familiar with Jobstreet, Indeed and referrals as sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tele-Operator role: sourcing, screening, interviewing and endorsing.
• Source candidates in high volume daily via multiple channels.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews to meet pipeline targets.
• Deliver a minimum of 35 successful hires per month.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on profiles and priorities.

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to run a two-month, project-based volume hiring campaign support our US-based client that builds autonomous robotics systems that operate and maintain datacenter and supercomputing infrastructure for major hyperscale cloud providers, and is scaling its operations team to support this growth.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring Tele-Operator Agents at scale, working against an aggressive monthly hiring target while maintaining candidate quality. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong BPO or high-volume hiring background who is comfortable managing a fast-paced, metrics-driven pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the Tele-Operator role — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hire.
• Source candidates in high volume on a daily basis using Jobstreet, Indeed, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels as needed.
• Conduct a high volume of candidate interviews per day to meet daily and weekly pipeline targets.
• Deliver a minimum of 35 successful agent-level hires per month.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and account stakeholders to align on candidate profiles, feedback, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate trackers, hiring reports, and pipeline metrics.
• Manage candidate experience and communication throughout the process, ensuring timely follow-up and offer turnaround.
• Troubleshoot sourcing bottlenecks and adjust channel mix or approach to keep hiring targets on track.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in volume sourcing and hiring.
• Must have prior experience in BPO volume hiring, or a very similar high-volume recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and interview candidates in high volume on a daily basis.
• Proven track record of hiring agent-level candidates at scale (minimum 30 hires per month).
• Working knowledge of Jobstreet, Indeed, referral programs, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills; comfortable working with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Resilient and target-driven, with the ability to stay productive under high-pressure, high-volume conditions.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Willing to render overtime on weekends when hiring volume requires it.
• Willing to on a project-based engagement covering September to October 2026 (2 months)
