We are seeking a highly adaptable and results-driven Recruitment Specialist with a diverse recruitment background and proven experience supporting multiple industries and talent segments. The ideal candidate has successfully recruited across BPO, IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting (including AP/AR), and other specialized or niche roles.
This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and candidate engagement to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. The Recruitment Specialist should be comfortable working with high-volume requirements while also handling specialized positions that require targeted sourcing strategies and market knowledge.
Manage the full recruitment process from requisition intake through candidate placement and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities.
Develop effective recruitment strategies based on role complexity, talent availability, and hiring timelines.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for both recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct targeted and passive candidate searches for specialized and niche positions.
Utilize Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing methods to identify qualified talent.
Build and maintain talent pools across different functions, industries, and skill sets.
Conduct market mapping and talent research for difficult-to-source roles.
Demonstrate flexibility and recruitment expertise across a broad range of positions, including but not limited to:
BPO & Customer Operations: Customer Service Representatives, Technical Support, Sales, Collections, Back Office, Team Leaders, and Operations Management.
Information Technology: Software Developers, QA Engineers, IT Support, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Data Analysts, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, and other technical roles.
Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Manufacturing, Process, Project, and other engineering disciplines.
Finance & Accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Payroll, Financial Analysts, Bookkeepers, and other finance-related positions.
Corporate & Professional Roles: HR, Administration, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, and other business functions.
Niche & Specialized Roles: Research and identify qualified candidates for highly specialized, technical, confidential, or difficult-to-fill positions.
Conduct initial phone, video, or face-to-face interviews and competency-based screenings.
Assess candidates based on technical qualifications, behavioral competencies, cultural fit, career objectives, and overall suitability.
Validate candidate information, employment history, qualifications, and other relevant requirements.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise candidate profiles.
Facilitate and monitor technical assessments, interviews, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and service levels.
Track recruitment activity, pipeline status, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics.
Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to stakeholders.
Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to multiple industries or talent segments.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for a combination of BPO, IT, Engineering, Finance/AP-AR, and specialized roles.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience with passive candidate recruitment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networking tools.
Strong interviewing, assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to quickly understand technical and specialized job requirements.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong knowledge of different talent markets and recruitment channels.
Experience handling both high-volume and specialized recruitment.
Familiarity with technical terminology and skill requirements across IT and Engineering.
Experience recruiting AP/AR and other finance/accounting positions.
Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at various organizational levels.
Resourceful, highly adaptable, and comfortable recruiting for unfamiliar or emerging roles.
