Job summary

UpraisIT is seeking a highly driven Recruiter with experience in volume hiring and sourcing hard-to-fill BPO positions. You will manage full recruitment lifecycle, source candidates across JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social channels, and partner with hiring managers to meet targets.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in volume hiring
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill BPO roles
• Strong sourcing using multiple job boards and social platforms
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Proficiency with JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook Recruitment, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ATS, Boolean Search Techniques, and Zoom / Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients
• Facilitate job offers and pre-employment requirements
• Manage multiple high-volume hiring requirements simultaneously
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates quickly
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize various recruitment channels including JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook Recruitment, and other sourcing platforms
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, excels in fast-paced hiring environments, and has a track record of consistently meeting recruitment targets. This role is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, developing effective sourcing strategies, engaging top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently.
