Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle multiple job vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with online recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or online interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant records.
• Prepare and send recruitment-related communications, including interview invitations, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing job postings and recruitment materials.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and assist with onboarding process.
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
