• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Learning to handle basic employee relations, HR compliance, and policy implementation.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates from agency/headhunting firms, start-ups, or fast-paced industries.
• Proven ability to hire for a variety of roles at different levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (Lever), and job boards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in developing broader HR skills alongside recruitment expertise.
