Lamudi Philippines is seeking an HR Manager to execute a people strategy and long-term vision for growing our team while maintaining a committed, collaborative culture. You will lead HR, learning & development, and cultural initiatives, growing headcount and ensuring growth positively impacts our people with a hands-on, strategic approach.

You will build strong relationships, drive cultural initiatives, and ensure employment law compliance through top-notch administration.

You will have the responsibility for executing our strategy in human resources, learning & development, and various cultural initiatives. In this role, you will see the company grow the headcounts, and you will be tasked with ensuring that growth only has positive impact on all our people. What a day at work for you will look like

• You will work closely with the senior management team in building the human capital strategies and tactics Lamudi needs to achieve its goals.
• You will strengthen our culture by organizing and executing team‑building events and keep company culture top of mind.
• You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Develop plans for a variety of HR matters, such as compensation, benefits and performance management.
• You will ensure compliance with employment laws, government agencies, and company policies and procedures through top‑notch administration processes.
