Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

The role partners with hiring managers, coordinates interviews, drafts offers, tracks metrics, and maintains confidentiality across recruitment dashboards and employee records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 2–4 years in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRMS a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters and negotiate offers where applicable.

Onboarding

• Coordinate pre-joining activities, including documentation and background verification.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through probation.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions and introduce employees to company policies, culture, and systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely provisioning of IT assets, system access, and workplace readiness.
• Collect onboarding feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the new hire experience.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
• Support recognition and rewards programs to enhance employee motivation.
• Assist in organizing town halls, learning sessions, and culture-building initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback through surveys and engagement activities and help drive action plans.
• Create communication materials related to employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Exposure to employee engagement initiatives is preferred.
• Experience using ATS or HRMS platforms is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
