Job summary

United Graphic Expression Corporation in Dasmariñas, Cavite, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for production and corporate teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and help build a modern, data-driven recruitment function.

You will manage high-volume hiring, craft effective job ads, build pipelines, run structured interviews, and advise on salary expectations while keeping ATS and trackers up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Willing to work onsite at UGEC Corporate Centre, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
• Background in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or plant-based environments.
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring and managing multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring cycle from intake to Day 1 onboarding.
• Manage multiple openings across production and corporate teams.
• Write and post job ads on Jobstreet, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, schools, and job fairs.
• Conduct structured competency-based interviews and pre-employment assessments.
• Advise managers on job requirements, market availability, and salary expectations.
• Prepare and negotiate offers within approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment trackers; report on KPIs.

The role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the people engine behind UGEC's growth, finding and hiring the talent who keep our presses running and our business moving forward. You'll own hiring end to end for both our production and corporate teams, partner closely with hiring managers, and help build a modern, data-driven recruitment function.

What you'll do

• Own the full hiring cycle, from intake with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interviews, job offer, and pre-employment requirements through Day 1.

• Manage multiple openings at once, from high-volume production and technical roles to supervisory and managerial positions.

• Write and post job ads on Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other channels following UGEC's posting standards.

• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, schools, and job fairs, and reach out to passive candidates.

• Run structured, competency-based interviews and administer pre-employment assessments.

• Advise hiring managers on job requirements, market availability, and salary expectations.

• Prepare and negotiate job offers within approved guidelines.

• Keep the applicant tracking system and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.

• Report on pipeline status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance, and act early on gaps.

• Help grow UGEC's employer brand and suggest improvements to our recruitment process.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience.

• Must be willing to work onsite at UGEC Corporate Centre, Dasmariñas, Cavite.

• Background in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or another plant-based environment.

• A proven track record of handling high-volume hiring and professional roles at the same time while meeting time-to-fill targets.

• Strong sourcing skills beyond job boards, including LinkedIn and Boolean search.

• Working knowledge of Philippine labor law basics, pre-employment requirements, and the Data Privacy Act.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Filipino.

• Experience with an applicant tracking system or HRIS is a plus.
