• Depending on operational requirements, you may be assigned to any work schedule, required to work additional hours or days in a week, or transferred to other jobs and locations that may be given to you by your Immediate Supervisor

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition – Sourcing Specialist (Project-Based) role is a temporary, remote position focused on identifying and attracting qualified talent for Everise. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters to support hiring needs across various functions. The specialist will screen candidate profiles, conduct initial outreach, and nurture relationships with potential hires to ensure a strong and diverse pool of applicants. This role also supports employer branding initiatives by promoting Everise’s culture and opportunities in the talent market. The specialist will collaborate with hiring stakeholders, track sourcing activities, and provide regular updates on progress and market insights.
