Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts.
• Assists with screening applicant resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
• Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
• Will create postings and run reports out of our ATS
• Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor
• Notify appropriate personnel of onboarding progress and schedule new employee orientation classes
• Depending on operational requirements, you may be assigned to any work schedule, required to work additional hours or days in a week, or transferred to other jobs and locations that may be given to you by your Immediate Supervisor
