Job summary

Everise in Taguig, Philippines seeks a Sourcing Lead to drive talent acquisition for high-volume roles in our global call center operations. You will design and execute sourcing strategies to build a pool of qualified candidates while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.

You will oversee sourcing activities, provide real-time feedback on strategy effectiveness, and partner with managers to meet recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve recruitment goals by effectively managing sourcing activities to develop a pool of qualified candidates.
• Oversee the operation of the channel ensuring that leads are endorsed and processed in real time.
• Lead sourcing activities such as open houses, virtual events, and partner engagement while communicating with leadership on fulfillment plans.

You will advise the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators on effective sourcing strategies, manage attraction campaigns, and execute sourcing strategies. As a Sourcing Lead, you will collaborate closely within the Talent Acquisition team to provide input on sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy.
