Qualifications

• Three to five years high-volume recruitment experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Schedule flexibility and multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve recruitment goals by building a pool of qualified candidates.
• Oversee lead generation channels and real-time conversion.
• Provide daily reports on performance and targets.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Assistant Manager on challenges and plans.
• Lead sourcing activities including open houses and roadshows.
