Job summary

Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking a Sourcing Lead to drive recruiting strategies and manage talent acquisition campaigns in support of our global operations.

You will advise Recruitment Sourcing Specialists, oversee channel performance, and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a call center, with strong leadership and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a call center.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve recruitment goals by building a pool of qualified candidates.
• Oversee channel operations and ensure timely processing.
• Provide daily reports on sourcing activities.
• Lead sourcing efforts including open houses and virtual engagements.
• Communicate with Sourcing Assistant Manager about challenges and plans.
