Comrise is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end US-based hiring for Hospitality and Tourism clients. The role focuses on high-volume, full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of US recruitment experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work night shifts while handling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.
• Experience in full-cycle and high-volume recruitment, preferably in an RPO or BPO environment.
• Experience recruiting for Hospitality and Tourism roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of US recruitment practices, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent English communication and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct phone and virtual interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Partner with US-based hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records, talent pipelines, ATS updates, and recruitment reports.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and comply with client processes and US hiring standards.
