Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced US Recruitment Specialist to support our US-based clients, primarily in Hospitality and Tourism.

The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment with strong sourcing and candidate management skills, working with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter. The candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and candidate management.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruitment tools.

We are looking for an experienced US Recruitment Specialist with at least 3 years of hands‑on US recruitment experience to join our RPO team supporting US‑based clients, primarily in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate endorsement.
• Handle multiple requisitions and high‑volume hiring requirements for US‑based positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
• Partner with US‑based hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS updates while meeting recruitment KPIs.

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, sourcing, and candidate management.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.

• Willing to work in nightshift schedule.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City for the first 3 months, transitioning to 3 days onsite per week.
