Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles. You will source, screen, interview, and advance candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies.

You will manage multiple requisitions, maintain a strong candidate pipeline through the ATS, and ensure a positive candidate experience while upholding data integrity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for US healthcare roles.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or multinational organization.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
