Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced US Recruiter to support US-based clients through end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced hospitality-focused environment.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and Indeed, conduct screenings, and manage the full cycle from sourcing to endorsement, building pipelines and coordinating with hiring stakeholders.

Are you an experienced US Recruiter with a background in hospitality, tourism, or high-volume hiring? Join our team and support US-based clients through end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
• Build talent pipelines and coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruitment skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hospitality, tourism, high-volume hiring, or RPO experience is an advantage.

Work Setup

• Location: Quezon City
• Shift: Night shift
• Onsite for the first 3 months, transitioning to hybrid (3 days onsite per week).
