Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to support US-based hospitality clients from Quezon City. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, leverage LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS platforms, and screen candidates to meet client requirements.

The role requires 3+ years of US recruitment experience, night-shift availability, and a transition to hybrid onsite work after an initial onsite period. Strong stakeholder management and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on US recruitment experience.
• Experience in US-based RPO or agency recruitment preferred.
• Hospitality and tourism recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS.
• Willing to work the night shift and report onsite in Quezon City.
