Job summary

You will develop sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, and provide progress updates while maintaining organized ATS records. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and adaptability in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a diverse qualified candidate pool.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress, status, and market insights.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure a smooth process.
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and team goals.
• Support recruitment initiatives to improve candidate experience and employer branding.
