Broadridge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across technology roles. You will source on LinkedIn, screen, interview, and engage top technical talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand needs, build strong pipelines, and drive effective recruitment strategies for critical technology positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years recruitment experience with a focus on technology hiring.
• Experience sourcing and interviewing for niche technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technology recruiting practices and talent market.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong relationship-building.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract technology talent across multiple channels.
• Identify and engage candidates for software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and other tech roles.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities; develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Build diverse pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
