Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to lead end-to-end recruitment within the HR Operations team.

You will act as the Recruiter in Hatch HRMS, coordinating with Division Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs and deploy talent efficiently. The role focuses on delivering recruitment goals, monitoring application status, and preparing comprehensive recruitment reports while ensuring data privacy compliance and orderly work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology or HRDM or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
• Experience with data privacy policies and compliance.
• Ability to deploy talents using technology-based recruitment and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment goals and objectives for the HR Operations Team and track progress.
• Serve as Recruiter for the assigned area.
• Monitor applicants’ database and keep Hiring Managers updated on progress.
• Prepare Recruitment Reports such as New Store Update, Vacancy Report, etc.
