Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Pre-boarding) to manage the end-to-end pre-boarding process from offer acceptance to onboarding readiness.

You will coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure all documentation, clearances, and system requirements are completed on time and accurately. The role emphasizes candidate experience and data privacy compliance, with reporting and stakeholder collaboration to secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR Development Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end pre-boarding process from offer to onboarding readiness.
• Coordinate with identified hires on pre-employment requirements and clearances.
• Monitor completion of requirements and follow up to avoid delays.
• Update candidate data in Hatch/HRMS and trackers.
• Coordinate with People Resourcing, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders on readiness and start dates.
• Prepare and maintain pre-boarding reports and dashboards.
• Communicate clearly with candidates throughout pre-boarding.
• Maintain confidential candidate records per Data Privacy policies.
