Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies across sourcing channels.
• Coordinates with departments regarding manpower requirements to fill vacancies.
• Manages end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offers.
• Ensures compliance with hiring procedures and onboarding requirements.
• Maintains 201 files and payroll-related documentation.
• Performs employee attendance, timekeeping, and benefits processing.
• Supports employee relations and engagement activities.
• Prepares monthly HR reports and statistics.
