Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Recruitment Operations, Workforce Management, Reporting, or Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track daily candidate throughput across all stages of the BPO hiring funnel.
• Monitor candidates in ATS and campaign trackers in real-time.
• Identify bottlenecks and track drop-out/failed candidate rates at each stage.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as applications, endorsements, interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs and turnaround times.
• Generate and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
• Escalate recruitment risks, aging requisitions, and productivity concerns to leadership.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and hiring outcomes.
• Provide feedback to sourcing and recruitment teams on candidate quality trends.
