The role focuses on recruitment analytics, workforce forecasting, process optimization, and governance reporting, delivering dashboards, metrics, and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and cost management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment analytics & reporting: develop dashboards and KPI tracking (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, productivity).
• Workforce planning & forecasting: forecast headcount, build predictive models for hiring volume and attrition.
• Process optimization: identify data-backed improvements to sourcing, screening, and workflows; drive automation and better data visibility.
• Stakeholder partnership: advise TA leaders and present insights to senior leadership; support governance reporting.
• Technology & systems management: optimize ATS usage; collaborate with IT/vendors for enhancements; implement visualization tools.
