Concentrix in Metro Manila is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Analytics to lead data-driven recruitment strategies, create dashboards, and partner with TA, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate data into insights that improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, cost management, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with deep understanding of recruitment metrics, funnel management, and workforce demand forecasting.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong analytical expertise and a deep understanding of recruitment metrics.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting to improve time-to-fill, cost, and quality of hire.
• Skills in workforce demand forecasting and headcount planning are essential.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for TA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruitment Analytics & Reporting and develop dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Provide weekly/monthly hiring performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze hiring funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure data integrity across ATS and HR systems.
• Forecast required team headcount and build predictive models for hiring volume.
• Support headcount planning, capacity modeling, and governance reporting.
• Drive automation and optimization of sourcing, screening, and selection workflows.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and IT/vendors on system enhancements.
