Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology.
• 1-2 years in Recruitment Operations, Workforce Management, Reporting, or Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and recruitment reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Track daily candidate throughput across all funnel stages (walk-ins, online, agency endorsements).
• Monitor candidate status in ATS and campaign tracking sheets.
• Identify bottlenecks and track drop-out/failed applicant rates at each funnel stage.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as applications, endorsements, interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill.
• Escalate recruitment risks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
