Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years in Recruitment Operations, Workforce Management, Reporting or Analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and recruitment reporting proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience in a high-volume BPO environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline movement, and SLA compliance.
• Provide real-time visibility into recruitment operations and risks.
• Track KPIs: applications, endorsements, interviews, offers, hires, time-to-fill.
• Maintain ATS dashboards and campaign tracking sheets.
• Escalate bottlenecks and aging requisitions to leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Provide feedback on candidate quality trends by channel/source.
