Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to proactively source, screen, and select top candidates across all positions.

You will lead candidate pools, perform competency-based assessments, and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. The role requires strong English communication, experience with ATS and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects with high integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in related field as a recruiter.
• 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience using recruitment technologies (applicant tracking system, Excel, Outlook and other internet-based systems and tools).
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects and deliver effectively against timelines.
• Must have strong attention to detail, initiative, a high level of integrity, judgment and follow-through.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Excellent customer service ethic and sincere interest in enhancing individual candidate experience.
• Must be willing to work on the mid shift.
• Stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across Cardinal Health.
• Assesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.
• Creates a positive candidate experience.
• Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
