Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience with US-based accounts.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience in Retail, Sales, or Technical Support is a plus.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Highly organized with meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle full onboarding lifecycle for new hires.
• Validate and complete all pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain onboarding records, trackers, and databases.
• Guide candidates through onboarding steps and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling and compliance.
• Provide updates on onboarding status and progress.
• Communicate effectively with applicants and recruitment teams.
• Support onboarding operations for US client accounts.
