Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support global recruiting operations in Manila.

You will proactively source and screen candidates, manage the interview process, and coordinate onboarding and vendor invoicing while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The role requires 3–6 years of TA experience (or 1+ in TA), a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience or 1+ years in Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills (Workday, Outlook, and internet-based tools).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• High level of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a fixed night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Manila).
• Comfortable collaborating with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Handle candidate interview process including scheduling, administrative and logistical details.
• Facilitate candidate onboarding with offer letters, background screenings, orientation and paperwork.
• Manage invoice processing and recruiter/hiring manager/candidate communications.
• Create and maintain a positive candidate experience.
