Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post all positions in draft within 24 hours as per SLAs.
• Assign a recruiter to each requisition and notify when posted.
• Update requisitions with detailed, error-free job descriptions provided by market.
• Provide full life-cycle administrative support for the interview portion of the candidate life-cycle.
• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, video) and travel, providing accurate logistics and interview links.
• Interact with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure timely completion of all actions.
• Process expense reporting related to interviews and travel costs.
• Perform additional clerical tasks and research related to recruitment best practices.
