Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
• Attract applicants via job postings and outreach.
• Screen resumes through multiple job boards.
• Perform in-person and phone interviews.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and ExCom.
• Prepare employment agreements and job offers.
• Arrange onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain plantilla updates and employee records.
• Report HR concerns to HR & Admin Manager.
