Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Recruitment Officer (Junior Officer) within the Human Resources Management Group - Talent Acquisition Department to lead recruitment efforts and talent management initiatives for multiple business units. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, high-volume recruitment, and delivering a top-notch candidate experience.

Successful candidates will bring at least 5 years of recruitment experience in banks or related sectors, strong networking skills, and proficiency with ATS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in Banking/Financial Services, Consumer Goods or Tech sectors.
• Experience rolling out programs to increase applicant pool (e.g. referrals, campus recruitment).
• Experience with volume or corporate recruitment.
• Ability to multitask and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience using an ATS is an advantage (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to network and build a deep bench of talents.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Jobstreet.
• Self-starter and game changer.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize recruiting and talent management strategies/initiatives per Business Unit.
• Facilitate selection and hiring of top talents to build a highly capable organization.
• Provide primary assistance to Business Units for external and internal vacancy requisitions.
• Handle stakeholder and account management.
• Oversee applicant processing (up to job offer).

Job Requirements:

• With at least 5 years of experience handling recruitment or sourcing functions in a Bank, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, or Technology companies (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Creative and has experience rolling out programs to increase applicant pool (e.g. Employee Referrals, Campus Recruitment)
• With experience in volume recruiting or corporate recruitment
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable managing senior stakeholders
• Experience using an ATS is an advantage (SAP Success Factors, Workday, etc.)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to connect and expand network to ensure deep bench of talents will be readily available
