Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Recruitment Officer to mobilize recruiting and talent management initiatives for the Business Unit and support external and internal vacancy requisitions.

The role focuses on stakeholder management, applicant processing up to job offers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience to build a strong organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling recruitment or sourcing in a Bank, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, or Technology companies.
• Experience in volume or corporate recruitment.
• Experience using an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to connect and expand network to ensure deep bench of talents.

• Mobilize recruiting and talent management strategies/initiatives per Business Unit.
• Facilitate selection and hiring of top talents to build a highly capable organization.
• Assist Business Units with external and internal vacancy requisitions.

Job Summary:

TheRecruitment Officerwill beresponsible for mobilizing recruiting and talent management strategies/ initiatives per Business Unit. Accountable for facilitating selection and hiring of top talents to continuously build a highly capable organization. Provides primary assistance to Business Units for both external and internal vacancy requisitions. The role will handle the following facets of recruitment:

• Stakeholder and Account Management
• Applicant Processing (up to Job Offer)
• Excellent Candidate Experience

Job Requirements:

• With at least 5 years of experience handling recruitment or sourcing functions in a Bank, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, or Technology companies (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Creative and has experience rolling out programs to increase applicant pool (e.g. Employee Referrals, Campus Recruitment)
• With experience in volume recruiting or corporate recruitment
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable managing senior stakeholders
• Experience using an ATS is an advantage (SAP Success Factors, Workday, etc.)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to connect and expand network to ensure deep bench of talents will be readily available
• Well-versed handling recruitment platforms like Linkedin and Jobstreet
• Self-starter and game changer
