Job summary

Codingal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and run the in-house hiring engine end to end at our HSR Layout office in Bengaluru. You will partner with the CEO and hiring managers across Sales, Customer Relations, Operations, and Growth, splitting time between team leadership and hands-on searches.

You will own the hiring plan, scale high-volume non-tech functions, and elevate our sourcing and assessment processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 in high-growth startup environments.
• Managed a team of 2+ recruiters with reqs, targets and reviews.
• Strong personal closing record demonstrating deals you closed yourself.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring plan with named owners and dates.
• Lead senior and leadership searches, including growth hires.
• Manage high-volume non-tech hiring across functions (sales, operations, etc.).
• Coach the team, set quality bar, review pipelines, and address underperformance.
• Own the ATS (Dover) and screening rubrics, trackers, scorecards, and playbooks.
• Sourcing channels and vendor management with SLA adherence.
• Provide weekly metrics on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-acceptance.
