Job summary

MicroSourcing Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Clark, Pampanga with a dayshift, onsite/hybrid setup. You will lead the TA Operations team to meet headcount targets, strengthen client relations, and drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple clients.

You will collaborate across departments to optimize interview processes, hiring cost, and candidate experience, ensuring timely fills and strong performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3+ years leadership in TA; 2+ years as TA Officer preferred.
• Experience in People Management, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, and Analytics.
• Vast knowledge of Recruitment Applications and Systems (ATS, assessment tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional conversations.
• Strong analytical skills driving recruitment performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Delegate recruitment tasks and drive for timeline adherence to meet hiring targets.
• Monitor progress of open requisitions and provide timely endorsements and TA reports.
• Administer candidate processes for all open requisitions including interviews and placement.
• Drive performance management within the TA team and conduct regular reviews.
• Monitor team productivity and perform 1:1s and appraisals.
• Establish succession plans and provide growth opportunities.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Address recruiting issues with clients and develop/implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Ops to address client escalations and sustain client relations.
• Analyze TA data to identify trends and improve processes.
