Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to offers for multiple tracks in Cagayan de Oro, operating on a hybrid, dayshift schedule. The role partners with hiring managers and operations to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to client requirements.

You will drive sourcing initiatives, conduct behavioral interviews, and manage communications across stakeholders, including contract generation and test facilitation as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5-year experience with employment and recruitment operations
• Knowledge and experience in recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the call center/BPO industry
• Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing/marketing across HR functions
• Experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments
• Strong interpersonal skills across levels of staff
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Good planning, organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to process a high volume of detailed work under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Good analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
• People skills
• Willing to work long and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Hiring responsibilities across multiple tracks
• Sourcing: respond to requests, calibrate with managers, post jobs, build channels
• Recruitment: endorse candidates, coordinate offers, update stakeholders
• Other: stay updated on recruiting trends and improve processes
• Document and track hiring data for accuracy and insights
