Private Advertiser is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to oversee an international talent acquisition team in the Philippines. The role requires hands-on leadership, mentoring recruiters, and driving hiring targets across markets.

You will design and execute recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end processes, and build strong client relationships while using ATS tools to optimize metrics and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years in recruitment with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in international hiring and recruitment operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring KPIs.
• Develop and execute international recruitment strategies.
• Monitor performance, coach, and drive process improvements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Build relationships with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates and strong candidate experience.
• Analyze metrics and report trends to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and recruitment tools to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with policies and recruitment standards.
• Support business development with market insights and talent data.
